04.12.2010 (Saturday) Today was the long awaited and renowned Great Ocean Road -> simply fantastic, the interplay of rock and water. On the way to a famous lighthouse (which we have not visited since this Once again admission would have cost), we have seen countless wild koalas ... and what can I say, you can not get enough of the sweet Wollekneulen simple. Terminus was then in Geelong.
05.12.2010 (So) Nach einer grauenhaften Nacht (die betrunkene Dorfjugend hatte die tolle Idee Nacht zwischen 1 und 2 auf der Hüpfburg rum zuspringen; als die dann fertig waren begann 2 Std. später ein nerviger Vogel sein Konzert direkt vor unserem Auto und ließ sich auch nicht verjagen) ging es zum Ausflug zum Surf Beach in Torquay. Surf Outlet Shopping, und da schau her es gibt doch Dinge die günstig sind hier unten. Am Abend ging es noch zum Spaziergang im Park.
06.12.2010 (Mo) Fahrt über Melbourne in Richtung Lakes Esperance; über den 90 Mile Beach gefahren und am Paradise Beach geschlafen, nachdem wir 2 Brown Snakes gesehen haben (ist eine der Top5 der gefährlichsten Schlangen)
07.12.2010 (Di) Erster Stopp Lakes Espernace; sehr schön gelegen mit vielen Flussstränden und Meerstränden mit unzähligen Pelikanen; Weiterfahrt nach Eden und dazu Nino De Angelo – Jenseits von Eden gehört J Lager für 2 Tage in Merimbula aufgeschlagen (beim Zeltaufbau nette Gesellschaft von ein paar Vögeln – wenn man sonst schon keine Freunde hat…kann aber auch daran liegen das wir 2 Tage nicht geduscht hatten) gewöhnlich werden Tiere ja von einem Gestank angezogen und naja sie waren fast nur bei Daniel :)
08.12.2010 (Mi) Schon sehr früh wach geworden da das Nachbarzelt (eine Familie mit 3 Kindern) schon nach 6 Uhr extrem laut gemacht haben. Den restlichen Tag haben wir dann am Pool verbracht da es am Meer zu stürmig war.
09.12.2010 (Do) 2 Punkte für Dtl .: Am Vortag hatten wir uns noch ueber das Nachbarzelt aufgeregt und gewünscht das die Kinder ruhig sind und da schau her im Sturm wurde „ leider “ das Zelt zerstört und sie mussten abreisen. Beim auschecken von dem Zeltplatz wollte ich die again have deposit for the toilet key $ 10, unfortunately it has given me two $ 10 coupons - I have to keep them as compensation for the restless night from the day before, of course. ENG 4 went further then in the direction of Canberra where we had pitched about 80 km off the city on a free camping spot our camp: This new score : OFF 1.
10.12.2010 (Friday) morning at taking down the tent was a huge spider on our car Hansman (Teeteller big) and Marlen has tried to chase them, this is the spider in the direction of automotive interior cut off. 11.12.2010 (Sa) An diesem Tag ging es zurück zur Küste. Zwischendurch wurde kurze; Stopps an kleinen schönen Stränden eingelegt, welche weit in das Landesinnere vordringen. Geschlafen haben wir in Nowra auf kleinen günstigen Campingspot.
12.12.2010 (So) Zum abkuehlen ging es zum baden nach Kiama und dann weiter in Richtung Wollongong. Unser Nachlager haben wir auf einem super Zeltplatz in Bulli (mit Blick auf das Meer) aufgeschlagen. Um das schoene warme Wetter zu geniessen ging es am Abend nochmal in Wasser zum abkuehlen.
13.12.2010 (Mo) Auf ging es nach Illawong zu Marlen`s alten Chef und natuerlich auch zu Chester. Dieser hatet Marlen vor Freude auch gleich in den Finger gebissen. Bei Kuchen und Spekulatius wurden die letzten Neuigkeiten ausgetauscht und später ging es zur Besichtigung des neuen Büros. Im Anschluss ging es nach Cronulla, diesen Spot hatten wir in unserer Sydneyzeit forgotten. Unfortunately, this beach was crowded total, which was probably the holidays. 15/12/2010 (Wed) In the bright sunshine and 33 degrees, it went to Swansea (because we liked the name) to visit a few beaches (Cave + Bach Red Head Beach). Then it went straight on to Nelson Bay bzw.Port Stephens. An einem wunderschönen Strand haben wir die Temperaturen und das kuehle Nass genossen.
16.12.2010 (Do) Trotz bedeckten Himmels wurden ein paar Stopps an den naheliegenden Straenden gemachte bevor es zum Tagesziel Port Maquire ging.
17.12.2010 (Fr) Wenn man die ganze Zeit unterwegs ist dann sehen alle Orte nach einer Weile gleich aus. Um so mehr freut man sich wenn man in ein Oertchen kommt namens Urumbulla welches die Heimatstadt des Akkubras (=die ist der typische austral. Outnack Hut) ist. Leider gab it in the factory no guidance and no stock sales, instead there was only a video production. Last stop was at diesm days Coffs Harbour, as is almost always the weather we were not well disposed, that is cloudy and still humid (it is just waiting for it sensed at last and it is hoped that one before his tent set up previously set up his tent has).
18.12.2010 (Saturday) was actually our next destination only Ballina, but as we still had massive time we thought about ourselves in the most famous hippy town in Australia to drive, this is called Nim Bim and makes took all their glory, because the people there are really verBIMmelt! 19/12/2010 (Sun), Byron Bay - this is the Nim for Bim arms! It just indicative and looks just as it is awash with tourists - there to keep the money flow in the transition.
